Amsterdam-based Maison Scotch has the cool-girl thing down pat. Drop crotch jeans? Check. Vintage graphic tees? Check. And the perfect jumpsuit? Check!

TJMaxx just recently started carrying their usually expensive line. My favorite piece I've seen is this batik printed jumpsuit. I love that it has coverage (long sleeves, long pants) so you could actually get away with wearing it when (and if) the temp hits 60.

Even better is that TJMaxx is offering free shipping for April Fool's Day! No joke!

I Love a Good Knock-off

By far my favorite Spring 2015 runway show was Valentino's delicate, beautiful, and etheral take on hippie chic. There was leather, embroidery, lace, and dreamy chiffon gowns. But what struck me the most was a series of baroque-meets-boho prints. In bright colors and mixed patterns, they are the ultimate outfit makers. Unfortunately, one of his creations will cost you over $7,000.

Enter this fabulous knock-off from H&M. The colors are gorgeous and the silhouette will work for just about anyone. But the best part is the price- only a fraction of the real deal at $69.90.

Act fast- I smell a sell-out!

Feelin' Groovy

For yet another season, the influences of the 70's have a stranglehold on the runways. The girls at Zimmerman, Burberry Prorsum, Ulla Johnson, Etro all had that easy, rock & roll glam-hippie vibe. Fringe, crochet lace, Indian-inspired prints, and luxe color combos will be important. But why wait until next season? My 70's inspired picks below get the look with paisley prints, lace-up sandals, fringe, and artisan jewelry. Keep from looking like a Woodstock reject by making sure there's a glam element to your look- whether it's gold hardware on your bag or a high heel.

Fall Wardrobe Essentials; Day 7

For today's post I'm looking to one retailer who does statement necklaces better than anyone else (and does it affordably!) J. Crew. Pretty colors and sparkly rhinestones balanced by chunky hardware keeps them from looking too pretty. Give it a street-style spin and wear one over a buttoned-to-the-top blouse in white, denim, or even plaid. I've also included some lovelies from Zara and Loft.

Hats Off

Hats are having a serious moment. It all started last year with baseball hats, courtesy of the continuing athletic trend. This year, 70's inspired hats, from fedora to trilby to floppy, are popping up everywhere for fall/winter 2014. Look for felted wool, leather hat bands, and a little color- shades of green and burgundy are going to be big.

Check out my high and low picks below.

Never Ending Summer

I know, I know, summer's almost over. It's almost time to drag out the motorcycle boots and chunky knits (actually that sounds amazing!). But that will NOT stop me from stocking up on some of my boho favorites from MyHabit. Right now they have an especially large selection from Love Sam- a NYC brand who specializes in breezy dresses and separates with details that go above and beyond their price points.

Psst! Some of these styles are still full-price on Shopbop and Revolve Clothing!!

International Deals

Today I'm sharing some picks with you from international shopping site Yoox. Carrying high-end brands like Marni, Chloe, and Celine, they also offer deep discounts on lesser known (and some of my favorite!) brands like Antik Batik, Local Apparel, and Mes Demoiselles.

Enjoy!!
